Jesus in China

This is a fascinating clip about the religious changes going on in China and the receptiveness to the Gospel. I happened upon it on TV the other night, this clip is a shortened version of the whole story, but definitely worth watching. It is eye opening to see Christians in other parts of the world. This was also a great reminder to be praying for these Christians who risk everything for their faith.

There some more interesting articles that go along with the story. The interview with the Chinese econmist is neat, he set out to find out why the American economy is so strong and concluded that it is because of Christian principles in capitalism and through his research he became a Christian!

The economic principles in capitalism are absolutely grounded in Christianity. Specifically, they started with Calvinism in Geneva. One of my Rice professors did a whole lecture on it one day. It's really fascinating.
