Nashville

Jared and I had a marvelous time last weekend in Nashville. We were given the trip by my friend Jackie (you can check out her non-profit outreach center). She is one of our Mentor Moms for MOPS and is such a giving person. We were so thankful for the opportunity to go on this trip. This Valentines Day was exactly 5 years since we got engaged in Breckenridge and we were very blessed to be able to get away to celebrate.

Our trip was a Valentines Day weekend getaway with a concert by Michael W. Smith. He has been one of my favorite artists since I was a little girl. We saw him preform for his first time at the Grand Ole Opry on Friday night and then on Saturday night we had a dinner/concert. We got to meet him very briefly, you can see our picture with him below. We also got to meet Matthew West, when we told him where we were from he said "Pappasitos"- that was enough for us to know that he was a great guy. Unfortunatly our picture with him didn't turn out very well, so I'm not going to post it.

Nashville is such a neat city, we weren't really sure what to expect, but we really enjoyed our time there.

Here's a short video of the concert - some of his older stuff that I grew up with.
Our boys did great while we were gone, thank you Jade and Kent and Mom and Dad for watching them for us!

Luke was refusing to stand with Will, maybe it's because Will was messsing with his hair? Lots of love.

Here's Will and Luke before their Valentines Parties at school.

Ag Farm

My brothers have all done FFA and my two youngest brothers Brian and Brent had their big show and sale last weekend. Our boys love to go and see the animals. We always have fun when we visit the Ag Farm. Will found out how much fun Cowboy Boots are to wear, since then he has wanted to wear them every day.

Will is with Brent's goat, who was the Grand Champion Goat. Way to go Brent!

I couldn't get Will to look up at the camera.

Cute little Luke!

I made these shirts for them for Rodeo Season. I was very happy with how they came out, but then a little disappointed when I realized the shirts I bought were a little small on the boys. I think it was the brand, who knew a 4T and 2T would be too small for my 3 year old and 1 year old? Now I know.
